护理博士角色目标：

DNP项目成果： 

  • 评估, 分析, 评估, and manage complex health environments serving diverse populations to improve patient and population health outcomes;   
  • 应用 clinical scholarship and available evidence to make clinical and system decisions incorporating professional values and 道德 principles;   
  • Support and improve patient care and health care systems through the use of clinical practice models, 卫生政策, 信息学, 组织领导能力；

概念框架: 

The conceptual framework of the 赌博平台 护理学院 curriculum contributes to the development of the course content to advance the knowledge, 技能, 以及所有毕业生的态度. 基于SON的理念和使命, the curriculum is centered in the belief that the role of the nurse is to assist the person/family/community in developing their full potential to enhance wellness, 预防疾病, 促进自我保健，达到最佳健康状态, 或者面对死亡和死亡. In accordance with professional nursing standards and evidence-based guidelines for practice, the SON degree programs emphasize the preparation of students to meet the dynamic needs of the international, 多元文化的, and multilingual society of the Rio Grande Valley.
