回国学生流程
一旦学生在SAS注册, he/she must continue to request their accommodations each semester. 每个学期的成绩都带新, different instructors that need to be notified of the approved accommodations. This process can be completed through the mysas portal (amerilimo.net/mysas).
If the student wishes to keep the same accommodations as the previous semester and disability related documentation is up to date, letters will be generated at the beginning of the semester and emailed to the student’s university email address as well as the instructors listed on the student’s schedule at that time.

- Request accommodations from SAS each semester.
- Choose from approved accommodations for each class.
- Send accommodation letters to instructors.

学生 who do not request SAS accommodations for two consecutive semesters may have their case archived. A scheduled appointment to review accommodations or services will be required with an Access Coordinator. Additional disability - related documentation to support new accommodation requests may be required.
学生 may schedule an appointment with an Access Coordinator to review their accommodations at any time.

合格的, current SAS students with disabilities may be eligible to receive alternative formats, as stated in the student’s approved SAS accommodation letters. 学生 must have submitted documentation and been approved for services before any alternative formats will be created. If a student requires an alternative format not previously identified in an SAS approved accommodation letter, the student will need to submit a new request. Student may be asked to provide documentation supporting the new request. All materials will be processed in the order in which they were received. 学生 are responsible for being aware of and complying with all alternative format procedures. All book requests will be submitted through mySAS, amerilimo.net/mysas.

学生 who are 充耳不闻 are provided with sign-language interpreters for all academic settings directly related to class (i.e., class time, class assignments, and instructor generated review sessions). 学生 who are 听力障碍 may also be eligible for sign-language interpreter services.
